Your service and payment
Serendara Pty Ltd provides consultancy and business support. Agree your service, hours or project scope with Jarrod before paying. A checkout payment does not automatically schedule or complete consultancy work.
- Currency and GST: Standard prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian GST at checkout. Stripe shows the total and included GST before you pay, and may offer an optional local-currency conversion. Contact Jarrod for international tax treatment or a separately quoted invoice.
- Hourly support: Select your agreed number of whole hours using the quantity control on Stripe. This is a one-off payment, not an ongoing subscription.
- Monthly support: Starter, Growth and Full Support are monthly subscriptions. They renew each month until cancelled; recurring billing is stated in the pricing section and on Stripe.
- Project starting fees: SOP and AgTech starting-fee checkouts apply only when your agreed project quote equals that displayed amount. Higher or custom quotes need a separate invoice.
Stripe hosts the payment page and handles payment details. This website does not store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Only pay after reviewing the service, amount and billing arrangement on Stripe.
Questions, changes and cancellations
Contact Jarrod about a payment, a change to your service, a subscription cancellation or a refund request. Closing the website or returning from checkout does not cancel an existing subscription. Jarrod will check the Stripe record and the terms agreed for your service.
These notes do not promise a specific refund period or replace your agreed contract. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights you have under applicable law. If a payment confirmation is unavailable, check your Stripe receipt or contact Jarrod before paying again.
Information handled by this website
The launch website does not have customer accounts or a customer database. A service payment link asks the server to create a fresh Stripe checkout and takes you directly there. Hours and payment details are entered on Stripe, with no extra website payment form or checkbox. Payment and subscription records are managed in Stripe rather than a website order-history system.
If you email, call, use WhatsApp or book a discovery call, you provide information through that chosen service. Information shared with Serendara is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver agreed work, administer payments and meet relevant business obligations.
Website hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and service logs. No advertising or marketing tracking code has been added to this launch page. The main page loads typography from Google Fonts; requesting those fonts connects your browser to Google’s font service.
Stripe, Calendly, WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own privacy practices to their services. Stripe’s information is available in its privacy policy. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords through email or WhatsApp.
